Dear Cadi,
This is Toni (Byron's wife in Columbus). I just want you to know that I have thorougly enjoyed your Triple Blessings blog. Byron received a link to it several months ago from his sister Carol who received it from Sherri (I think). Anyway, he sent it to me, and about once a month I check it out to see your progress with the family.
I am quite impressed with your writing skills. Reading your entries is like reading a good book (something you probably haven't had much time to do for the past couple of years). You paint a perfect picture of life with your husband and four children. So much so, that I can 'see' it all happening as I read it. It makes me truly appreciate all of your joy, fun, and fulfillment, as well as your frustration, anxiety, and exhaustion. Your Father's Day tribute to Lance was quite an inspiration. Sounds like you married a great guy.
The pictures and your captions are great. Your children are absolutely beautiful, and they are blessed to have a mother and father like you and Lance.
I hope you are storing all of your entries on disc (in case of a computer crash), so that your children can read the biography of their lives when they get older. Leaving them a legacy like this will be something that they will not only treasure for themselves and but also eventually pass it down to their children.
As I pray for your children, these are the promises that I will declare over them. I trust that you will find encouragement in them.
"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed." Ps. 127:3-5 (I would say that your quiver is full, so according to this passage, you must be very happy).
"And your children shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children." Isa 54:13
From one insomniac to another, I must bid you farewell. It's 2:40 AM here in Columbus, and I think I need to get some sleep now. Give my love to your folks and the rest of the family.

Congratulations on actually getting a photo of yourself with one of your children!! How'd you pull that one off? As another "photo chronicler," I can't seem to make it happen in my house. If I die tomorrow, my children will quickly forget what I look like :o)
